Synergy requires a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours or is a no show, a $30 fee will be assessed.

Co-payments are due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Yes, our first appointments are at 7:00 am Monday thru Friday and our last appointments are at 6:20 pm Monday thru Thursday and 4:20 pm on Fridays.

You should bring your insurance card, physician referral, and intake paperwork (if you haven’t already emailed it to us). If you are being seen for any issues with your legs, you should bring a pair of shorts.

The therapist will review with you the reason you need physical therapy. They will ask you questions about your injury/issue, take any necessary measurements, and work with you to develop an effective plan to facilitate your recovery.

The frequency and length that an individual requires physical therapy varies based upon a patient’s specific situation. Typically a patient will come once a week for six to eight weeks. This determination will be made during your initial evaluation and adjusted if needed.

The therapist you see for your initial evaluation is considered your care manager. We will do our best to keep you with the same therapist however, there may be a time when you will need to see our PTA or another therapist so you can stay on schedule with your recovery.
